After our first sell-out LIVE event earlier this year, we’re incredibly excited for this next event.

Reigate, Surrey, Tuesday 1st October, 10:45-12:45

In choosing yourself, you are choosing others too.
— Jessica Huie, MBE, author of 'Purpose'
Becoming a mother is the perfect time to heal old wounds, resolve issues, release old thought patterns, get to know ourselves and what we really want on a whole new level.
— Zoe Blaskey, Motherkind

Modern motherhood can so often make our lives more stressful and pressured than ever before. If you’ve been feeling a little lost since becoming a mum then you’re not alone. So many of us can feel tired, overwhelmed and disconnected from our true selves when we’re thrust into this new world of parenthood. We’re picking up, dropping off, rushing to our paid job, trying to keep the house in some sort of order (!), battling the mum-guilt and social media ‘compare and despair’, let alone trying to find time to have some sort of social life!  To add to this, returning to work after maternity leave can be both exciting and kinda terrifying, and sometimes new mums yearn for a career change - a whole other challenge to throw into the mix!

It can be hard to turn your attention to yourself, to reconnect with who you are and how you’re feeling. But it’s vital that you do….and often!

Meet Zoe Blaskey, host of The Motherkind Podcast, and Jessica Huie, MBE, author of Purpose: Find Your Truth and Embrace Your Calling as they share their incredible stories since becoming mothers and teach you tools that will empower you to get unstuck, begin making real change in your own life and the lives of others, and live according to your own true purpose.

It's time for you to step into the greatest version of yourself and reconnect to you.

Tuesday 1 October, 10:45 - 12:45.

The Market Stores, 2 High Street, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 9AY

As well as the opportunity to hear from, and meet, Zoe and Jessica, tea and coffee will be included in the ticket price so you’ll have a chance to relax, meet other mums and enjoy a morning just for you. It’s a lovely way to spend a morning with friends or come by yourself and meet some new people.

Zoe Blaskey

Zoe Blaskey is a mother to a three year old girl and will be welcoming her second child later in the year. She is host of the No.1 podcast, The Motherkind Podcast, where she talks all things motherhood and wellbeing to help inspire and impart knowledge and wisdom for busy mums. Motherkind has been featured Red, The Telegraph and Psychologies magazine. She is also a pregnancy yoga teacher, life coach and business and marketing consultant. Zoe is on a mission to support mothers in connecting back to themselves through the mayhem of modern motherhood.

Our Founder and Director, Miriam, first discovered Zoe after the birth of her second child. As Miriam became more passionate about women’s health and wellness, she was lead to Zoe’s podcast series which introduced her to some of the most respected wellbeing experts in their field. Parent Tribe LIVE was born out of a passion for opening up the conversation on motherhood by creating a space to share wisdom, experience and tools in a relaxed and honest space to help mums thrive, feel happy and healthy. Zoe’s work has been a huge influence in all of this and we can’t wait for you to meet her!

I want mums to realise this truth - we are all perfectly imperfect trying our best in every single moment. We need to be kinder to ourselves - so we can show our children what self-compassion looks like.
— Zoe Blaskey

Jessica Huie, MBE

Jessica Huie went from being a teenage mother, expelled from school and staying in a hostel to having a highly successful career in PR, working with the likes of Samuel L. Jackson and Meghan Markle. When she set up her first business Colorblind Cards, it started an early national conversation around diversity in retail, earning her invitations to No.10 Downing Street and an MBE award for services to entrepreneurship and her positive influence on the community – all by the age of 34!

The Evening Standard called Jessica one of Britain's most inspiring entrepreneurs and she sits on Glamour Magazine’s Powerlist as one of the UKs most influential women. Jessica is also mum to her daughter, Monet, and her son, Jensen.

Despite her successful career, it wasn’t until Jessica went through loss and heartache that she went on a journey of self-discovery. Only then did she begin to examine whether the life she was living was bringing her joy and fulfilment. In 2018, she wrote her bestselling novel, Purpose, in which she explains why a life fuelled by purpose is the only kind worth pursuing.

The power of authenticity is your ticket to success, the key to fulfilment, and the investment required is that of being courageous enough to peel off your mask and bravely show up as exactly who you are.
— Jessica Huie

Miriam Greaves

With a passion for birth, mothers and women’s health, our Founder and Director, Miriam, will be hosting and interviewing our panel at our event. After 15 years working in the London and New York theatre worlds, Miriam's life and work was totally transformed after the birth of her daughter in 2014 and her son in 2016. Miriam trained as a Hypnobirthing teacher and has been designing and delivering our antenatal classes for four years in Surrey.

She is not only passionate about all things birth, but also cares deeply about preparing and supporting women as they adapt to the fourth trimester...and beyond. Her ambition with Parent Tribe LIVE is to bring you events, speakers, workshops, nights out (nights in!) to help us all have the most connected, empowered, fun and positive experience of motherhood. Whatever stage you're at, get connected with yourself and your Tribe and discover new possibilities along the way.
