A 45 minute yoga and pranayama practice designed to uplift and energise your mind and body, whilst building strength and alignment. Pranayama is the formal practice of controlling breath, which increases positive energy levels in the body and removes toxins.
WORKSOP 2: FOOD AND YOUR MOOD, WTH KIMBERLY PARSONS, THE YOGA CHEF
Learn how to align your body systems through food, movement, and daily lifestyle techniques to help improve your mood, navigate your emotions and achieve a sense of calm and contentment each day.
WORKSOP 3: A SENSORY JOURNEY, WITH INETGRATIVE WELLBEING THERAPIST, ATI BALDING, AKA SURREY HILLS WELLNESS
A 45 minute sensory journey to help you refocus, relaxed and feel revitalised. We will use all of our senses: sight, sound, scent, touch and movement. Expect to learn how to unnplug and tune in through a deep meditative practice so that you can experience rest and rejuvenation.
