Natural Health: Getting started with Essential Oils

Essential Oils - they seem like a bit of a minefield, right?!

I'm sure you've heard of them and perhaps even tried essential oils but are you aware of the incredible physical and emotional support they can give you and your family.

Many of the women I meet love the idea of essential oils but just aren't too sure how to get started, what they want and how to use them. I was the same before I was introduced to them and now I can’t imagine life without them. I use them every day for myself as well as my children. Whether it's to help find a sense of calm, release stress or to address ailments from teething to headaches, sickness, fatigue, immunity, digestive issues - there really is an oil for everything.

Join Miriam Greaves, founder of Parent Tribe for this FREE session in Redhill, Surrey. This is a very relaxed morning and a chance for you to have some all-important 'me time'.
